MedValet is an AI-powered patient-side medical appointment scheduling service. Users submit a request via text or web interface and MedValet searches for matching healthcare providers, aggregates patient reviews, and books appointments via automated AI voice call on the user's behalf. MedValet verifies insurance coverage, collects appointment details, and sends calendar confirmations and automated reminders.

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws in the United States and around the world.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; and your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We offer a 90-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial. By opting into MedValet's text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages to your mobile number from MedValet LLC.

MedValet uses an automated AI voice agent to contact healthcare providers on your behalf to schedule medical appointments. By using MedValet's scheduling service, you explicitly consent to MedValet's AI voice agent contacting healthcare providers using the personal and insurance information you have provided.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. If unable to resolve informally, disputes will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Lake County, Illinois.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
